Mr. Garza has been actively involved in the Multi-State Title Insurance Industry for approximately 7 years. He has held senior level positions in closing/escrow operations, title production operations, and overall independent agency operations management. He worked for Stewart Lender Services f/k/a Stewart Mortgage Information a wholly-owned subsidiary of Stewart Title Company for approximately 5 years. During his tenure there he served in various roles last serving as Associate Vice President of Quality Assurance. In December 2005 he joined Solutions Title of America Corporation, a captive audience national vendor management company. During his tenure there he served as Vice President of Operations. Mr. Garza brings a great deal of Multi-State experience ranging from regulatory compliance to closing and underwriting principles.
