• Verification of stacking order of collateral documents according to investor requirements
• Review of documents against the collateral document checklist to ensure compliance within agency guidelines
• Coordination of the clearing of document exceptions with customer and/or custodian on behalf of customer.
• As exceptions are cleared, we will forward the documents to the custodian accompanied by a document transmittal sheet.
• Follow-up with selling party/closing agent to obtain original final documents.
• Audit of documents received to ensure accuracy, correctness an completeness.
• Expedited document retrieval and research to obtain missing documents.
