We coordinate of the execution of the loan documents by scheduling a qualified notary or closing agent to acknowledge and witness the signatures in compliance with the lender's closing instructions. Signing appointments can be scheduled on a 24-hour a day, seven days a week based at the borrower's choice of location.
Attorney Closings
In states where notaries and closing agents are not eligible to perform signings on real estate transactions, We manage a network of licensed attorney's to fulfill the closing services.
Close by Phone
Allow us to simplify the closing process through our close by phone service. We call the borrower at a scheduled date and time to review the closing package. The borrower can take the closing documents to a notary of their choice or have us schedule a notary to execute any document requiring a notarization.
Full Closings
Full range of settlement services including obtaining payoffs, preparation of settlement statements and ancillary documents, title curative work, obtaining tax and insurance certifications, funding and post-closing review of security instruments utilizing centralized processing in combination with our network of closing agents and notaries.
Disbursement Services
We also offers centralized disbursement of loan transactions according to the lender's specifications, using a single wire transaction to fund loans nationwide at a fixed cost from a secure single source. We are responsible for HUD-1 preparation, closing document delivery, post closing review of the executed closing documents and disbursing the loan proceeds, payoffs and ancillary costs as directed by the lender.
